I help Christian leaders integrate their faith with their professional calling—bringing clarity, creativity, and confidence into the workplace. As a Kingdom Factor coach, I draw from nearly 30 years of experience coaching and consulting across a wide range of industries, including petrochemicals, publishing, nonprofits, food and beverage, and more. My passion is equipping leaders to overcome roadblocks, strengthen team collaboration, and align their work with Biblical values.
Whether through individual coaching or consulting with large-scale project teams, I use tools like DiSC, emotional intelligence, and the Innovation Health Assessment™ to guide transformational growth.
